Black forest sandwich rolls
Ingredients
290 ml water (lukewarm)
7 g Dried yeast / 14 g Fresh yeast
50 g Soft butter
Tools

Preparation
Recipe for 14 pieces
Place all ingredients in the dough bowl and knead on low speed for 3 minutes.
Then knead at medium speed for 6 minutes.
Place the dough under a tea towel at room temperature and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces of about 60 grams.
Make balls or rolls of your choice.
Spray the baking tray with baking spray and place the dough pieces on the baking tray about 8 cm apart.
Let it rest for 60 minutes under a tea towel at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Place the baking tray in the center of the preheated oven.
Bake the rolls at 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked.
