Recipe for 2 loaves of 400 grams
Determine the size of the bread required.
Weigh all ingredients and knead everything with lukewarm water into a smooth dough.
Add extra water if the dough seems too dry during mixing.
Knead for another 10 minutes with a food processor to a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a damp tea towel and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces of 400 grams.
Flatten the dough and shape it into the desired shape.
Spray the bread tins with baking spray.
Place the dough pieces in the desired bread tin and let it rest for +/- 40 minutes under a damp tea towel at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Place the bread in the center of the preheated oven and bake at 220 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
After baking, remove the bread from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
